Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EsteTrue ("the App"), you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
EsteTrue is a visual documentation tool for aesthetic medicine practitioners. It enables tracking patient outcomes after aesthetic procedures through photo timelines, satisfaction questionnaires, and doctor-patient messaging.
EsteTrue is NOT a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision support. It is strictly an informational visual documentation tool.
3. Account and Access
Access to the App is by invitation only. There is no public registration. Accounts are created by an administrator for authorized doctors.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials (email and password) secure. Do not share account access with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Not share account access or credentials with others
- Not use patient data for purposes unrelated to medical care
- Comply with GDPR and applicable medical ethics regulations
- Not attempt to access other users' data or compromise platform security
- Not use the App to store illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Payment is by credit or debit card. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
6. Intellectual Property
The EsteTrue platform, including source code, design, anatomical overlays, and branding, is owned by DAPSIS MED SRL. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Content you upload (photos, patient data) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for service delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
EsteTrue is provided "as is". DAPSIS MED SRL is not responsible for medical decisions made based on information in the App. The tool is for documentation and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will send an email notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You will be notified by email before any termination action, except in urgent security cases.
You can request account deletion anytime from Settings. A 30-day grace period applies, during which you can request reactivation. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
10. Token Wallet
Tokens are earned by documenting your journey (reviews, recovery timeline photos) or purchased directly on this site. You use them only inside the app, for the features that consume them. They never expire and stay tied to your account — you cannot transfer them to another user.
Purchased tokens are non-refundable. They are digital content delivered immediately after payment: at checkout, on the Stripe page, you give explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this means you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014). If you delete your account, any remaining tokens are lost, with no refund. Purchases are only available on this site — the mobile app does not sell tokens.
